How long will be order take to ship?
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase.
Orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday, unless it’s a public holiday.
Within Australia
Standard orders: 2-6 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.
Express orders: 1-3 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.
International
5-15 business (depending on the country) days after time of dispatch for delivery
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can track your order.

Can I return my order for a refund?
We do not provide refunds, so please choose carefully.
If you have any questions or doubts at all, please email us at info@styleherluxe.com prior to purchasing and we will be happy to assist you. Alternatively, you can return your item, provided it is in its original condition and packaging for a store credit.
The shipping cost to return items is payable by the customer.
I have ordered the wrong colour, can I make an exchange?
Absolutely! Provided the product is still in its original condition, please send us an email to info@styleherluxe.com and we’ll be happy to provide you with further instructions.
What if the item I want is on pre order?
If the item states ‘PRE ORDER’ in the title, it means the item is currently out of stock but we have a delivery on the way. The estimated delivery will be listed in the product description, but please note these are approximate dates only. All items placed with a pre order item will be shipped all together, once the pre order item is back in stock. If you would like your ‘in-stock’ item first, we would recommend placing separate orders.
